MUST HAVES
  • 7+ years of React development experience
  • Other UI technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Springboot experience 
  • Experience working and supporting UX teams 
    • This must be clearly outlined in their resume
  • Great communication and soft skills
PLUSSES
  • Banking experience
  • Lead experience

DAY TO DAY

  • They are currently resuming a Governance and Ops initiative that was paused in January 
  • Participate in story grooming, design, testing and implementation.
  • Work with On and Off shore teams
  • Reviewing all coding, pointing out errors, asking questions
  • Net new onboarding to Support Next gen Resiliency Tool
  • Push the project forward, make sure the business and the development teams are working hand in hand on the timeline
