Job Title: Systems Architect

Day to Day:

This candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the integration of IT systems and infrastructure during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, considering scalability, security, and performance to ensure compatibility and interoperability of systems from both entities.
This position will also be expected to perform all aspects of IT M&A, including support of hardware and software at a desktop level, as needed.

Must haves:

Proven experience in IT architecture with an emphasis on Azure cloud (focus on Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus)
In-depth knowledge of various IT domains, including infrastructure, applications, and data management.
Possession of relevant Azure certification, preferably related to architecture is a plus. AZ-305 or AZ-400 (designing and implementing devops solutions)
Ability to travel 20%.
