Job Title:    Business Support Advisor II

Pay Range:  $30 - $35/hr.

About the Role:

• The Operation, Events, and Outreach Support position plays a crucial role in promoting electric vehicle adoption and awareness within the community.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and outreach activities to educate the public about the benefits of electric vehicles and the PowerMIDrive program.
• Additionally, the role involves assisting with daily operations such as application reviews, customer inquiries, and rebate processing.

Responsibilities:

• Organize outreach and educational efforts to optimize off-peak charging for all customers
• Develop rapport as a trusted source and positive ambassador for EVs with external and internal stakeholders
• Lead and organize major customer events such as National Drive Electric Earth Week, auto shows, and ride-and-drive events
• Prioritize requests for presentations and customer engagements with the EV leadership team
• Publicly explain utility load management programs and assist customers with application processes
• Collaborate in the development of outreach, marketing, and customer event handouts
• Assist with the development and management of program metrics related to outreach and education
• Understand all facets of the current electric vehicle program for customers
• Communicate program details to customers accurately and professionally
• Perform miscellaneous special EV assignments in support of the EV programs
