Medical Data Entry Clerk

Location: Onsite – Dallas, TX, 75207
Client: Banking
Job Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $17/hr to $18/hr

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dallas, TX.
  • This role requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.
  • Navigate and interpret complex instructions independently.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and speed under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (must be listed on resume).
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and medical coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10).
