Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Enrollment Services team in Livermore, CA. This is a 100% onsite role where you will assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience from account setup to activation.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through the enrollment process, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Review costs and service details with customers to ensure clarity.
  • Provide exceptional phone-based customer service, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
  • Retain and apply training on enrollment procedures to assist customers efficiently.
  • Maintain high attention to detail while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with enrollment processes.
  • Maintain reliability and good attendance to support operational efficiency.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous customer service experience (phone-based experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in benefits or enrollment services is a plus.
  • Must be flexible to work shifts between 5 AM - 5 PM.

Pay Range: $21/hr. - $23/hr.
