Title: Marketing Manager II
Location: Toronto, ON M1V 4Z9
Pay Rate: CAD30/hr
Duration: 12 months
Daily Schedule: 6 hours/day between 9am-4pm
Job Description:
- From Day 1, the successful candidate will build programs that drive significant customer and business impact. The candidate will have exceptional analytical and project management skills, strong business judgment, digital marketing acumen, and a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Plan and deliver online, email and social campaigns including timeline and milestones, identify the right stakeholders, risks, and steps to mitigate risks
- Work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders; drive timely decisions and resolution of problems/blockers
- Document best practices, creating playbooks and process improvement plans for campaigns in Canada
Required:
- This role requires dealing with complex tooling and the person will need to dive deep to understand tooling limitations, capabilities and perform post-campaign analysis.
- Having program management experience is also helpful since this role will require independently managing marketing operations.
Preferred:
- Having a background or experience in digital marketing (which tends to be more analytical and requires tooling) is a plus.
