• Assist engineers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems, components, or processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
• Conduct data collection, analysis, and documentation for engineering projects.
• Support the development and assembly of prototypes and test fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues under supervision.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of testing results, modifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other team members on project objectives.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and apply engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with tools, measuring instruments, or lab equipment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software, circuit analysis, or programming languages is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn.
