Position Details:

Client: Fortune 500 (Banking / Financial Giant)

Job Title: Loan Documentation Processor-2 

Duration: 6 Months  (With possible Extension and conversion)

Location: Chandler, AZ

Work Schedule: Training: 2 weeks 8-5 Monday-Friday with an hour lunch break

Pay range: $18-20/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

• This position will be working with the core system that is internal to client.
• They will be collecting insurance documents and policies to make sure that the correct coverage is set up for that customer.
• They will be communicating with the insurance agencies of the customer as well as the customer gather their information.
• This team deals with situations that get escalated up and need to be able to handle those difficult situations.
• They will make sure they have the correct information from the customer on the initial call and work with them to get things corrected.
• They will be navigating some of the internal systems to research to best gather the information to assist the customer they are working with.

Required Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• 1-2 years Loan Documentation
• 1 year Phone Customer service experience 
• Customer Communication: Inbound and outbound calls - able to handle difficult customer calls 
• Communication with multiple levels of management 
• Computer skills 
• Detail oriented 

PLUSSES:

• Previous experience in Mortgage, Financial, Banking or Insurance Industries 
• Escalation Experience
