Job Description:

• This role will work within the Export Regulatory and Quality team.
• This position will be responsible for generating technical documentation needed to export food products, and providing support in tracking quality complaints claims and complaints.
• Provide technical information and evaluating regulatory compliance of products as well as adhering to internal policies and guidelines for exporting products.
• Support risk assessment activities for existing products in new markets.
• Protect the intellectual property of our products and processes.
• Completes customer compliance documentation.
• Provides support to Export Quality related issues, including supporting customer/consumer complaints through investigating root cause analysis and determining corrective actions.
• The ideal candidate will possess a B.S. in Food Science or related scientific field with a minimal experience in Regulatory, Nutrition, R&D or Quality in the food industry required.
• Candidate must have strong computer skills and experience with specifications, databases, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• This position requires the ability to handle complexity, work independently, and manage multiple projects under tight timelines with a strong drive for results and the ability to bring projects to completion.
