Position Details:
Client:        Retail/ E- Commerce
Job Title:    Inventory Planner
Duration:   4 Months (Possible Extension or Conversion)
Location:    Everett, WA
Pay Range:  $18 - $20/hr.

About the Role:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Associate Planner/Buyer. T
• he successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and managing inbound shipments to support our operations.
• This role requires strong execution of data and processes, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally on various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining data accuracy to ensure all tools and processes function properly
• Manage inbound shipments, including PO tracking, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications
• Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs
• Execute various purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports

Education Qualification:

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer
• Proficiency in business software, such as Excel, is required

Required Skill:

• Highly organized and self-starting
• Comfortable with business software, such as Excel
• Flexible and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
