Day to day:

Develop and maintain microservices using .NET Core 8, focusing on the proposal function and integrating with Kafka for event-driven architecture.
Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end) within the sprint cycle to ensure code quality and reliability.
Work with both MongoDB for microservices data and SQL databases for static data, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval.
Collaborate with the product team to provide data insights and implement updates to pricing and other administrative tools.
Participate in the migration from PCF to OpenShift, contributing to the establishment of a modern cloud infrastructure.
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices for software development.

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on .NET development.
Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (PCF, OpenShift, or similar).
Proficiency in .NET Core 8 and experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of database systems, including MongoDB and SQL.
Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka).
Proven experience in designing and implementing automated test suites within a CI/CD pipeline.
