About the Role:
  • We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our team for a 6-month project with the possibility of extension.
  • The selected candidate will be working on the 24MM project to support software development for the release of Clients vehicles by the end of 2025.
  • This is a global project supporting multiple countries and will involve working on client-side applications.
  • The candidate must be willing to work onsite in Plano, TX.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for the Android platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle from concept to maintenance.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Conduct unit testing to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
 
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 
Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in Android development.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Experience with Clean Architecture and MVVM.
  • Strong understanding of Android Studio Developer Set Up.
  • Ability to conduct coding tests using Android Studio.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX.
