Job Title: Appian Developer 

Locations: Charlotte, NC 

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr.

Duration: 12-18 Months (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our Enterprise Credit Risk team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development and a proven track record of delivering complex solutions using the Appian BPM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end applications using the Appian BPM platform to meet the needs of the Enterprise Credit Risk team.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Lead the development of application architecture and integration strategies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay current with Appian platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in application development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Appian BPM development.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Appian solutions, including process models, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.
• Strong coding skills and experience with related technologies such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
