Job Description:

Key Requirements & Must-Have Skills: Sr. Product Owner - Data Sourcing (with Financial Background)

• Data Analysis & Integration:
• Proven experience in data analysis with large datasets.
• Expertise in data integration projects.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and partner teams.
• Skill in prioritizing requirements and aligning with business impact.
• Agile Methodology:
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Requirements Elicitation & Documentation:
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in creating EPICs, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and diagrams.
• Communication & Translation:
• Excellent communication skills, bridging space between technical and business partners.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Experience in setting up test cases, debugging, and maintaining data quality.
• Knowledge of regression, unit, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensuring software stability through code reviews and documentation.
• Collaboration & Interdependency Management:
• Ability to collaborate with development teams to manage interdependence.

Financial Background:

• Financial Data Understanding:
• Ability to understand and interpret financial data sources and requirements.
• Experience with financial data models and structures.
• Financial Acumen:
• Knowledge of financial concepts and principles relevant to data sourcing and operational expenditure optimization.
• Ability to assess the financial impact of data sourcing projects.
• Financial Stakeholder Communication:
• Ability to effectively communicate with financial stakeholders and translate their needs into actionable requirements.

Business Acumen:

• Business Impact Awareness: Ability to translate technical work into tangible business value, specifically within a financial context.
• Data Opex Initiative: Understanding of data sourcing projects for operational expenditure optimization, with a focus on financial implications.
