Day to day what are the responsibilities

  • Functioning as Payroll Function for clients
  • Payroll processing
  • Guide the clients
  • Canadian Payroll Legislation
  • Process payroll, audit payroll
  • Quarterly balancing - ensuring reporting is correct for T4, RL-1
  • Client's payroll schedule
  • Filing clients T4 and RL-1 at the end of the year 
Must-haves/key skills needed:
  • 3-5 years of Payroll Experience is a MUST
  • Customer Service (communication/verbal)
  • Able to Research and look up information on their own
  • 3-5 years year Canadian Work Experience 
  • PCP Certification or NPI Courses (PCP in Progress is OKAY but PCP Cert is IDEAL)
