Location: Lisle, IL - Fully Onsite

About the Role:

• We are seeking an Integration Lead to oversee migration efforts and act as the primary point of contact onshore.
• The ideal candidate will be an SME in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and will collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful migration to SAP.
• This role requires expertise in PeopleSoft General Ledger, Enterprise Integration, Payables, and Contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead migration efforts and serve as the primary point of contact onshore
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and on-time delivery
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members offshore
• Analyze and optimize financial processes for efficiency during data transfers
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial software
• Provide day-to-day updates to management across cross-functional teams

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree

Must Have's Skill:

• Master proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials
• Intermediate proficiency in PeopleSoft Technical Architecture
• Advanced proficiency in PeopleSoft Enterprise Integration
• Master proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Payables
• Expert proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Contracts (ESA)
• Experience with SAP 
• 10+ years of experience in PS GL, PS AP, and SAP

Note: This role is located in Lisle, IL and will be in-office. There are opportunities for extension.
