Job Title: Systems Engineer IV

Duration: 6 months (CTH)

Location: Remote ( Should travel when required)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing and implementing the integration of IT systems and infrastructure during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, considering scalability, security, and performance to ensure compatibility and interoperability of systems from both entities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, assess existing IT landscapes, and develop strategies to ensure a seamless and efficient transition.
Perform all aspects of IT M&A, including support of hardware and software at a desktop level, as needed.
Possess a strong customer support skillset.
Perform due diligence through assessments of the IT infrastructure and systems of both the acquiring and target companies and identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities related to IT integration.
Ensure compatibility and interoperability of systems from both entities.

Must Haves:

Proven experience in IT architecture with an emphasis on Azure cloud (focus on Mergers and Acquisitions is a plus).
Strong project management skills.
In-depth knowledge of various IT domains, including infrastructure, applications, and data management.
Possession of relevant Azure certification, preferably related to architecture is a plus. AZ-305 or AZ-400 (designing and implementing MS DevOps solutions).
Ability to travel 20-40%.
