This position is for Quality Inspector; it is located at Plymouth, MN
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of incoming materials, components, and finished products.
  • Perform testing and inspection in accordance with established policies, procedures, and special test requests.
  • Record inspection and test data accurately as per documented procedures.
  • Operate test and measurement equipment as per instructions and guidelines.
  • Identify and document non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review system.
  • Assist in First Article inspections and data collection for validation purposes.
  • Participate in Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies as directed by engineers or technicians.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending changes to inspection procedures and policies.
  • May prepare and submit change requests for process and documentation improvements.
  • Train and mentor other inspectors as needed.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and trending to support quality initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support divisional quality initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or an associate degree in a related field is a plus.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in quality inspection or a related role in manufacturing, medical device, or regulated industries.
  • Experience with inspection techniques, test procedures, and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, non-conformance processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Experience with First Article Inspections (FAI) and GR&R studies is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Pay Range : 
$28/hr to $32/hr (Without any benefits)
