Job Title: Training Specialist Expert
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months + Possible for extension
Schedule: Shift hours: Basic Business Hours
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
• Professional Role: This is a professional-level role requiring deep expertise in a specific area, understanding of industry standards, and knowledge of how the team integrates with other business units.
• Communication: Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are crucial for conveying complex information and handling sensitive situations.

Training Delivery:
• Delivers various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) in a virtual environment.
• Utilizes adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media.
• Delivers nationally developed curricula consistently.
• Manages the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.
• Possesses knowledge of course content and materials.
• Agile Environment: The role may operate within an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile development team.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery preferred.
• Schedule: Flexible availability to accommodate day and evening training sessions.

Technical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for extended periods for virtual training delivery.
• Reliable personal internet connection and computer equipment.

Skills:
• Leadership and Interpersonal: Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to effectively lead groups and individuals.
• Problem-Solving: Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Office applications and virtual learning technologies, particularly Zoom and Adobe Connect.
• Training and Development: Skilled in facilitation skills.
• Professionalism and Organization: Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business concepts and practices.
