Position: Workday Configuration Specialist (Core HCM)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 3 day onsite, 2 day remote)

Duration: 12- 18 months

DAY TO DAY

• Ravi runs the entire Workday application for all of Employee Experience technology
• This resource will each be allocated to the HCM function (personal info, address info, benefits, advanced comp) 
• This team has over 420 configurations of data going in and out of the application at a time, and these specialists will be in charge of going into Workday and configuring and changing the business systems  

MUST HAVES

• 7+ years working within Workday Configuration
• Can go into Workday and change a business system 
• Can build from scratch 
• 5+ years of Core HCM configuration 
• Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON 
• Experience demonstrating builds to the business 
• Able to explain what they built and why 
• Experience working with offshore teams 
• Experience with workday implementation and all day to day processes 
• Good communication, self starter, eager to learn

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr
