Position Details:    

Job title: Account Receivable Associate  

Location: Houston, TX   

Duration: Full-Time    

Schedule: 5 Day Onsite 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Timely and Accurate Invoicing - Handle complex invoicing for major client and providing review and quality control for invoices.
  • Credit and Collections:Manage credit collections, ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Process Improvement and Reporting
  • Utilize IFS (ERP system) for invoicing and data management (experience is a significant plus).

Required Experience :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Preferably 5 years as a biller.
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with IFS (ERP) is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrate advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, data mining).
