Responsibilities: -

• Manage large, complex projects/programs to balance scope, time, cost, and quality
• Coordinate product definition and roadmaps with the product management team
• Structure and manage integrated projects to achieve expected business results
• Manage the product increment lifecycle and associated ceremonies
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership team on project status and issues
• Lead business and technical design phases
• Drive the adoption of Scaled Agile practices across global teams

Education Qualification: -

• Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or Engineering preferred)

Required Skills: -

• 10 to 12 years of work experience
• Ability to clearly articulate objectives and influence outcomes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation
• Experience in the alternative investment domain 
• Technical aptitude with an understanding of technology in a business context
• Experience working with global, distributed teams across multiple cultures and time zones 
• Proficient and certified in agile at scale methodologies
