Position Details:

Position: Midrange Production Support Engineer

Location: Charlotte

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr.

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)   

Day to Day:

  • Providing L3 Production Support for high-profile financial applications
  • Troubleshooting critical issues to ensure on-time financial transactions
  • Leading triage calls and collaborating with developers to solve problems
  • Setting up monitoring tools to track application performance
  • Analyzing error logs and identifying root causes

Must Haves:

  • Java & Linux experience
  • Autosys & SQL expertise
  • Strong root cause analysis (RCA) skills
  • Monitoring tools: Splunk, Sitescope, Dynatrace
  • Oracle database experience
