Key Job Responsibilities:

This person would be responsible for everything from booking the speaker, securing the venue, processing payment, and verifying dates/time/locations for events.
They will work within a team and have support, but they need to work well unsupervised and on their own once directed.
Previous Experience with Speaker Programs specifically within the Medical Device, Healthcare or
Pharma Industry (previous job titles could be Program Specialist, Professional Educator, Medical Event Planner, etc)
Experience in Medical Event Planning: Proven experience in planning and executing events specifically within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Must be very organized will be dealing with a lot of planning, scheduling, email correspondence to set up different events within the medical industry; such as new medical devices, programs etc.

Skills/Experience

Vendor Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality
Budget Management: Strong skills in developing and managing event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools to streamline planning and execution processes
