DAY TO DAY

 

Day to Day:

  • This Data Quality Analyst will be on Data Management Technology team.
  • Currently they are setting up a team to serve as the center of excellence for Collibra Data Quality best practices.
  • If other groups are looking to adopt Collibra as their DQ tool, they will be able to go to this team for adoption questions, rather than having to go the Collibra vendor.
  • This Collibra Data Quality Analyst will serve as a Collibra DQ SME that can provide their expertise on questions relating to adoption, reconciliation, or other use cases that come up.
  • This person will be defining data controls, automating them, and utilizing the Collibra DQ tool for everything to check the data.
  • They will be doing some data modeling, data profiling, and data reconciliation work as well.
  • This is a specific Collibra DQ Analyst position, so this person needs to have experience working with Data Quality tools, but at least willing to learn Collibra DQ.
  • They are not expected to have Collibra DQ off the bat.

Must Haves

  • 8-10+ years of Data analytics experience- ideally in a data warehouse environment
  • ANY Data Quality tool: Collibra DQ, Informatica DQ, Astera, Talend, in-house DQ tools, etc
  • Collibra DQ preferred, as this will be a Collibra DQ Analyst
  • Data reconciliation project experience
  • Strong communication skills: Will be interacting with business users frequently
