• Candidate will plan and execute various events specifically within the medical device and healthcare industry.
• Tactically plan and execute key events to increase awareness and engagement with patients and/or HCPs to drive consideration and adoption of Heart Failure solutions
• This position works closely and manages relationships with vendors to design event elements, procure housing, acquire appropriate meeting space, and manage attendee registration.
• Skills in planning, organization, communication, and execution of customer programs is essential.?

• This person would be responsible for everything from booking the speaker, securing the venue, processing payment, and verifying dates/time/locations for events.
• They will work within a team and have support, but they need to work well unsupervised and on their own once directed.
• Previous Experience with Speaker Programs specifically within the Medical Device, Healthcare or Pharma Industry (previous job titles could be Program Specialist, Professional Educator, Medical Event Planner, etc)
• Must be very organized will be dealing with a lot of planning, scheduling, email correspondence to set up different events within the medical industry; such as new medical devices, programs etc.

• Vendor Management Skills: Ability to effectively manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality
• Budget Management: Strong skills in developing and managing event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software and tools to streamline planning and execution processes.
• Experience in Medical Event Planning: Proven experience in planning and executing events specifically within the medical device or healthcare industry.

• Years of experience required: 3+
• Required education level/certifications: Bachelor’s Degree

Pay Range:

• $30-35/Hr
