Pay Range: $50-$53/hr

Day-to-day:

• Managing defects in the ACI system 
• Vendor communications
• Analysing the business effects of the deflections 
• Working through the transition ACI -> ISO
• Engage and keep Product Managers and Operations Managers updated on all requirements/stories for oversight purposes.
• Analyze business needs and overall product function required to meet product strategy and drive overall product success for the organization and its customers.

Must Have:

• Experience using ACI payments software 
• Expert in ISO payment software 
• Extremely hands on and technical knowledge using payment engines' and messaging
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across Operations, Project Management, UAT, and other peripheral systems.
• Experience in participating in and driving meetings.
• Familiarity with Waterfall methodology.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
