Day to Day Responsbilities:

• Act as a functional BA/ Product Owner for claims transformation projects, documenting requirements and working with stakeholders.
• Develop BA/ Product Owner requirement documents and work within an Agile environment to drive initiatives forward.
• Collaborate with technical teams and support claims processing initiatives
• Engage with claim operations and finance-related projects within the portfolio.
• Support modernization initiatives, including GCP and other in-flight projects.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Product Owner in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on claims processing.
• Experience in P&C insurance or commercial insurance
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of claims transformation projects and financial aspects of claims.
• Experience working on portfolio-driven initiatives involving data, claims, and finance.
• Exposure to reinsurance projects and modernization initiatives.
• Some background in project management or product management.
• Experience working with a wide range of initiatives within the claims domain.
• Familiarity with agility and various project types.

Nice to Have: Experience with Guidewire and its role in commercial claims processing.
