Title: Operations Specialist (Wire Transfers - Night Shift)
Client: Banking
Locations: Onsite at Richmond, VA, 23228
Duration: 12 months of contract | (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire) 
Shift: 3rd Shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST)
Training Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Day Time Training)
Pay Range: $22/hr to $23/Hr. 
 
Job Description:
  • We have an urgent need for a dedicated Operations Specialist due to a last-minute backout.
  • The hiring manager is looking for a serious candidate who can start immediately!
  • This onsite role involves reviewing and manually repairing USD Wire Transfers in a non-call-based environment.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and pattern recognition skills to ensure strict adherence to processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of wire transfer issues within the Global Payment Operations department.
