Job Description:
Contract Analyst III

Role Overview:

  • The Contract Analyst III supports Small Cell operations within the Network Operations and Implementation team.
  • This role ensures contract accuracy and readiness for execution. The Contract Analyst collaborates with Contract Specialists to resolve any discrepancies identified during contract reviews.
  • Additionally, the CA is responsible for maintaining data quality in Contract Management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Review & Management:

  • Review revenue and expense agreements to ensure accuracy, verifying that all data, approvals, and supporting documentation are complete and aligned with contract terms.
  • Manage contract hierarchy reviews to ensure accurate data feeds into the Business Process Management (BPM) tool.

Database & Reporting:

  • Process monthly venue redactions for uploading to the Contract Database.
  • Manage and analyze monthly reporting for Contract Management.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Proactively review contract preparation compliance to identify process gaps and recommend/execute resolutions.
  • Manage contract quality assessments and assess potential risks.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with internal partners and customers.
  • Provide expert advice across multiple levels within the business.
    Performance & Process Enhancement:
  • Support the definition of targets around quality, cycle time, and production.
  • Drive accountability and demonstrate flexibility to manage high-priority tasks alongside day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a high-level analytical role.

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, analytical, and enterprise-level projects.

  • Reports to: Program Manager, Contract Management
  • Direct Reports: Not specified

Working Conditions:

  • This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring approximately 60% in-office attendance (three day per week) and 40% remote work (two day per week).
  • There may be additional travel requirements to collaborate with teammates and stakeholders during significant business activities.
