We are seeking a recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in a life sciences field with hands-on laboratory experience to join our team in Thousand Oaks.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in mammalian cell culture and protein purification techniques.
• This role will require occasional weekend and evening work, as well as flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to drug substance process development in a team environment - Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at various scales
• Perform purification experiments, focusing on filtration, chromatography, and UFDF
• Program automation for process equipment
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
• Design experiments, analyze data, and document findings
• Communicate results through reports and presentations
• Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life sciences field Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and protein purification - Familiarity with data visualization and analytics software
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the role

Pay Range - $30 - #35/hr
