Job Description:

• Monitor application jobs and services, resolving issues and incidents as they arise, while supporting change and release activities.

• Provide day-to-day production application support, performing in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of application problems.

• Participate in incident bridge calls and document operations procedures to ensure effective issue resolution and process continuity.

• Utilize Unix/Linux systems, write SQL queries, perform database updates, and use monitoring tools like Autosys and Splunk to ensure system health and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica Hadoop systems, including navigating and verifying logs.

Must Have:

• Practical experience with Unix/Linux systems.

• Strong ability to write SQL queries and perform database updates.

• Exposure to monitoring scheduling tools such as Autosys and Splunk.

• Knowledge of Informatica Hadoop systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
