Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • 2 Levels of Service Desk Support before it's brought to this candidate within this team
  • Supporting Internal Users tackling their Windows 11 Upgrade issues
 
Must Haves:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally an enterprise level organization)
  • L1-3 Support in Troubleshooting Windows 11 (performance problems, disc space clean ups)
  • Strong Communication/Organization/Planning/Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Analysis experience 
  • Strong Desktop Support Experience 
  • Understands SCCM  

Pay range: $35-$38/hr Without benefits
