DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Develop and maintain Java applications, ensuring high performance and scalability for the cruise photo commerce platform
• Implement reactive stream processing to enhance application responsiveness and handle high concurrency
• Manage and optimize database systems, including both relational and non-relational, to ensure data integrity and efficient access
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes in a multi-cloud environment, ensuring system stability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, contributing to the ongoing improvement and maintenance of the software systems

Must Have:

• 7+ years of comprehensive software development experience, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable applications
• Deep proficiency in Java development, specifically with versions 14 through 17, ensuring the implementation of modern and efficient solutions
• Strong experience in reactive stream processing utilizing Spring WebFlux, Project Reactor, and RxJava, leading to significant performance enhancements and improved application responsiveness
• Expertise in both relational and non-relational database systems, including MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, and DynamoDB, enabling the design of flexible and high-performing data architectures

NiceToHave:

• Proficiency in TypeScript will be highly regarded to enable the development of highly maintainable and scalable front-end and back-end applications, ultimately improving code quality and developer productivity
• Experience with multi-cloud environments is a significant plus, as it showcases the ability to deploy and manage applications across diverse platforms, enhancing system resilience and optimizing resource utilization (Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes is strongly preferred, as it facilitates the orchestration and automation of containerized applications, streamlining deployment processes and ensuring efficient resource management in dynamic environments
