                                      Pay Range : $69-$72/hr                                  

  • Oversee governance for ~50 North America subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with legal and internal guidelines
  • Assist with SEC filings (Section 16 forms, proxy statements) and Irish regulatory filings
  • Support M&A transactions, entity consolidations, and board documentation
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for regulatory filings and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification + Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years’ experience in a law firm or multinational company
  • Strong corporate governance & compliance knowledge (US & Canada)
  • Experience with SEC filings & public company reporting (Form 4, Section 16)
  • Proficiency in entity management software
