  • 5-7  years of experience as a Product Manager, IT Business Analyst, or Product Analyst
  • Experience working in any Enterprise level CMS platform Ex. Contentful or Contentstack
  • Both functional and technical knowledge 50% functional, 50% technical
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in backend development with a deep understanding of backend architecture, system interactions, and data flow management.
  • Experience writing agile user stories and feature documentation to break down complex concepts into actionable tasks.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a focus on identifying and addressing issues efficiently.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Hospitality experience
