Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a production support or technical support role, with significant exposure to global markets and Credit trading environments.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong expertise in SQL database queries and data manipulation.
    • Experience with Splunk for log monitoring and troubleshooting.
    • Familiarity with ITRS for system monitoring and alerting.
    • Basic Unix/Linux command-line skills for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with Bloomberg terminals and related platforms for trade capture and market data integration.
    • Python scripting knowledge is a plus to assist in automating processes or troubleshooting.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of global markets, particularly Credit trading and associated systems.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with traders, technical teams, and other stakeholders
