Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Packaging Engineer with a background in the industrial space.
This individual will work to support the development of component packaging for NPI projects.
This role will report directly to the lead Packaging Engineer.

Required Skills:

Preferred Skills:

Familiar with Transportation and Logistics Principles. Working knowledge of palletizing and trailer loading software suites such as TOPS, CAPES, and EasyCargo.
Familiar with Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) calculation methods. Working knowledge of Sustainability impact software such as Compass (Trayak).
Familiar with industry test standards (ISTA and ASTM).

Leadership Principles:

Top 3 must-have hard skills:

Packaging Materials and Systems Knowledge – Preferred bulk industrial systems
General Packaging Design – Preferred SolidWorks, but Artios CAD is also acceptable
General Manufacturing and Logistics knowledge
