About the role:
  • We are looking to hire a Tech NEMS Recruiter for a short-term project, lasting between 6 months to a year. 
  • The main responsibility of this role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the Human Resources team.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing qualified individuals to hiring managers
  • Utilize social media and networking activities to source talent
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation and approvals
  • Negotiate candidate offers and conduct market research
  • Work with the Diversity team to promote internal and facilitate the slate process
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and implement best practices throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiencies where possible
  • Manage relationships with search firms/agencies and participate in diversity recruiting events
 
Education Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 
Required Skills:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Technology recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of the Technology industry and market trends
  • Ability to prioritize work, conduct hiring events, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Workday and project management
  • Previous experience in recruiting for tech roles such as Java developers, analytics, and project managers
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle challenges effectively and seek support when needed
