Day To Day Responsibilities:

Must Have:

Technical skills - hardware knowledge / troubleshooting (hardware components, CPU, break fix, system knowledge, SSD)
Leadership principles - earn trust, bias for action, work well with the team
Discuss situational questions/ and outcomes to demonstrate softskills
Prior experience earning trust or completing tasks
Basic French
Understanding Fiber vs copper differences
Understand router and switches
More senior resources
Understand RJ45
Understanding different cables
CPU knowledge/ Voltage of CPU

Nice To Have:

Pay range: $25-$27/hr without Benefits.
