Must Have:

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a data center or critical infrastructure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, as most monitoring and ticketing tools are in-house and will be taught on the job.
  • Excellent soft skills to interact with various customers and stakeholders.
  • Dependability and commitment to working a rotating shift schedule, including long/short weeks and 12-hour shifts.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
  • Shift Schedule: Rotating long and short weeks (A Side & B Side).
  • Long Week: Work Mon-Tue, off Wed-Thu, work Fri-Sat-Sun (7 AM – 7 PM).
  • Short Week: Off Mon-Tue, work Wed-Thu, and off Fri-Sat-Sun.

Pay rate - $25/Hr. - $28/hr.
