Business System Analyst - 4-5 years
Real-Insight experience - they need to have it - 2 years
Multi-family Business - 2 years or more
Microsoft Suite - SQL, Power BI, report writing (report writing within Insight) data analytics is a plus

Day to Day:

Stories are created in the Agile space, getting customer user's needs, 2-week sprints, a variety of different things within a BSA position. This is a Real Insight / Originations BSA role.. (it is a must that they know Real-Insight (SaaS Based Orientation Software) and be very familiar with the Multifamily Business
Responsible for facilitating complex projects from proposal through post-implementation. Participates in meetings with lines of business to identify their requirements in how an application looks and feels to the end user; provides feedback on them. Serves as project lead to ensure test plans and specifications are completed in a timely basis and project meets established milestones.

Team Size: 15 - it integrates the business, engineering and development teams. Agile shop with 2 week sprints, work closely with Scrum Master
