What Project? New project scope building PowerBI Dashboards from Scratch.

Mission?

Develop data visualization dashboards using Power BI for: Revenue trends and client behavior (number of codes/employees), Sales discount and promotion usage and Price increase exceptions
Net active clients reports (active clients – technical losses)
Key performance metrics consolidated dashboard
Manager expense/FTE/Headcount reports (actuals vs forecast vs plan)
Document and transfer ownership to an associate for future maintenance

Day to day what are the responsibilities?

Sits with different data owners (whoever holds this: Bi Team or other boards)
Understands that data
Develop with Raul that initiatl dashboard sketches
Agree on layouts and then this resource will develop and perform trainings for associates
