Proficiency with MS Office 365
Assist in general administrative tasks related to Deal Operations
Generate and manage Order Forms
Ensure accuracy in pricing and contract documentation
Maintain and update operational dashboards
Work cross-functionally to support Sales teams and optimize deal processes
Provide data analysis and insights to improve deal efficiency
Knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle or strong desire to apply sales process experience
Understanding of software pricing models (SaaS pricing and licensing models is a plus)
Ability to engage with cross-functional teams to provide deal support for Sales
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Team player with experience working across functions to deliver customer/prospect/client-facing proposals
Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) preferred; other CRM experience acceptable
Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
Prior experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations is preferred
