Title: PERM Recruiting Specialist

Location: Austin, TX 78759  (Hybrid - 3 days/week)

Duration: 12 Months Contract  

Role:

• Seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) process for immigration recruiting.
• Managing Immigration Cases
• This role involves collaborating with Hiring Managers, Immigration, Global Mobility, and Legal teams to ensure compliance while supporting talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update recruitment databases for compliance.
• Partner with Immigration & Legal teams to conduct Labor Market Tests.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and explore internal ATS/CRM.
• Ensure accurate job postings to meet PERM requirements.
• Lead Hiring Strategy Meetings and document recruitment processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.

Must Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or immigration.
• Immigration recruiting experience required.
• Strong background in Talent Acquisition (TA) and immigration processes to ensure compliance with federal regulations and streamline the recruitment and immigration workflow
• Experience with ATS.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology.
• Bachelor's degree required.
