  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Proactively partner with Immigration, Global Mobility, and Legal teams to ensure the Labor Market Test is conducted in accordance with the Department of Labor and Department of Justice’s standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding the PERM process and immigration-related inquiries.
  • Lead discussions with Hiring Managers to define the scope of roles.
  • Conduct Hiring Strategy Meetings to outline and communicate expectations of roles and responsibilities.
  • Follow documented support procedures, managing each issue through resolution.
  • Develop, edit, and distribute effective internal and external communications in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Continuously identify areas of improvement for process efficiency.
  • Work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • Communicate issues to management regarding both internal and external matters.
