Day to Day Responsbilities:
Monitor application jobs, services, and resolve application issues and incidents - Support change and release activities
- Abide by company policies and workplace excellence rules - Work on weekends/holidays as per team shift rotations
- Provide day-to-day production application support with in-depth analysis and troubleshooting
- Participate in incident bridge calls and document operations procedures
- Work closely with technology and business operation teams
- Utilize Unix/Linux systems, write SQL queries, perform database updates, and use monitoring scheduling tools such as Autosys and Splunk
- Have knowledge of Informatica Hadoop systems to navigate, verify logs, and troubleshooting issues.
Must Have:
- Practical experience with Unix/Linux systems
- Ability to write SQL queries and perform database updates
- Exposure to monitoring scheduling tools such as Autosys and Splunk
- Knowledge of Informatica Hadoop systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work with various stakeholdersPay Rate: $55 - $57
