Job Title:     Operation Specialist

Pay Range:  $18-$20/hr.

About the Role: 

• Join our Wealth Management Operations team as a Dividend Specialist, where you'll ensure accurate and timely processing of mutual fund dividend distributions and reinvestments. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage distribution calendars for both domestic and international fund groups and monitor communications from fund agents.
• Create transactions within the dividend system for downstream processing and prepare trade logs for manual reinvestments.
• Analyze quality control reports, research ledger variances, and maintain control metrics.
• Work collaboratively and independently, ensuring attendance and punctuality, with expectations of significant overtime towards year-end.

Required Skill:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the mutual fund industry.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
