Location:   Burlington, MA 01803 (HYBRID)
Duration:  12 Months (temp to hire)
Hours:       8:30am - 5pm
Payrange: $20 - 22/hr.

 
Job Details:
  • Training on-site 3 Weeks, Will be hybrid after training
  • Highly recommended: ERP – Oracle or SAP, experience with salesforce or any CRM system that’s similar
  • Phone etiquette (most communication in salesforce or through outlook, 5-7 calls a day)
  • Hardwired Ethernet connection – required
  • Fast paced, adaptability
Job Duties:
  • This Sales Support Associate position involves working in a high-energy, dynamic, and rewarding team environment focused on delivering best-in-class support.
  • This individual will be responsible for ensuring each transaction is processed within the company's guidelines and values.
  • As a Sales Support Associate, this individual must have the ability to learn and master several different skill sets. Excellent written communication skills are imperative.

  • You will use a combination of two or more ERPs (Oracle, PRD, or P80), Salesforce, Chatter, WIMS, and other applications that house customer information to research and respond to sales inquiries.
  • You will be tasked with case assigning, creating new leads, investigating, and handling issues upon sales request, credit and/or re-bill requests, and any other sales-related inquiries for multiple specialty teams.
  • Being able to respond to sales inquiries and resolve issues quickly, competently, and professionally is key to this position.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of Sales Support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Highly motivated and organized, with attention to prioritizing incoming tasks.
  • Associates degree or higher education
  • Knowledge of Oracle, PRD or P80 system and PC applications
  • Strong knowledge of company's organizational structure, and business practices.
  • Act as a role model of company's values and best-in-class business practices.
  • Able to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high-energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
