Job Overview:  

We are building a new team to implement OpenPages for Internal Audit, replacing our current workflow tool. We are looking for a highly skilled OpenPages Engineer with extensive experience in configuration, administration, and integration. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, proactively seeks out work, and can independently drive solutions with minimal oversight.  

  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the implementation, administration, and configuration of OpenPages for Internal Audit.  
  • Integrate OpenPages with technologies such as Hive, REST API, SQL, and DB2.  
  • Manage sprint planning every two weeks and take on critical tasks as they arise.  
  • Provide production support, resolve defects, and handle production tickets post-go-live.  
  • Gather and enhance requirements within Jira stories and execute development and testing.  
  • Ensure adherence to Agile development methodologies and SDLC best practices.  
  • Work collaboratively in a growing team, mentoring junior members as the team expands.  

  

Required Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience in OpenPages configuration, administration, and integration (Hive, REST API, SQL, DB2).  
  • 5+ years of experience in an Agile development environment.  
  • 5+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools.  
  • Strong experience with Jira for tracking development tasks and requirements.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead solutions without needing constant oversight.  
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  

  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Previous experience leading an OpenPages implementation.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.  
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
